Italy Villa and Apartment Rentals formed to offer travelers and vacationers some of the finest and best accommodations in Italy. We wanted to present alternative options to visitors from the ordinary hotel stay to a comfortable and home-like atmosphere in select locations throughout Italy to enhance your stay and promote relaxation and privacy.

Our three principals have had extensive backgrounds in the travel and tourism industry, as well as the hotel and accommodation business and regularly travel to and from Italy and the United States. (Two are Italian-Americans who have roots in both countries.)

Our accommodations feature a wide variety of amenities in some of the most beautiful and breathtaking settings, as well as apartments and accommodations in major cities that have easy access to all sites and major facilities.
