International Vacation Accommodation Rentals (IVA Rentals) formed to offer travelers and vacationers some of the finest and best accommodations around the world. Based our knowledge and experience we began this year with offerings in Amsterdam, Berlin and central Italy. We wanted to present alternative options to visitors from the ordinary hotel stay to a comfortable and home-like atmosphere in select locations to enhance your experience and promote relaxation and privacy. We will be working on expanding our offerings in the months and years to come.
The company began ten years ago offering luxury accommodations in Amsterdam. In 2009 the team expanded and traveled to Berlin, Germany and Rome, Italy looking for suitable offerings. With generous assistance from friends and consultants there they were able to add beyond the Amsterdam listings with the same dedication to comfort, quality and economy that made our website so popular.
Our principals have extensive backgrounds in the travel and tourism industry, as well as the hotel and accommodation business and regularly travel to and from Europe and the United States. We also have an Italian-American consultant who has roots in both countries and works with us to discover new opportunities to add to our offerings in Italy.
Our accommodations feature a wide variety of amenities in some of the most beautiful and breathtaking settings, as well as apartments and accommodations in major cities that have easy access to all sites and major facilities.

We stayed in the lovely Van Gogh for a week and enjoyed every minute of it! This was our first trip to Amsterdam and staying in the flat made it so comfortable. We felt like we were able to enjoy the city from a native's point of view sitting in our window in the evenings gazing out onto the beautiful Gentlemen's canal. It was very hard to leave, but we came home with wonderful memories and hope to be back one day soon.
